Experience an impressive increase in performance with our Wagner Tuning performance intercooler! Our performance intercooler sets new standards in efficiency and performance. With net dimensions of 720 mm x 201 mm x 130 mm (stepped), it offers a generous external charge air volume of 15.4 liters compared to the conventional 5.5 liters (OEM). Thanks to the newly developed performance high-performance intercooler core (bar and plate), sufficient airflow is maintained for adjacent components such as the water cooler, while the intercooler itself remains lightweight and compact. With a total weight of just 11.9 kg, it is a true lightweight. The cast aluminium end boxes were created using CAD and optimised with the aid of CFD simulations to ensure optimum internal airflow. An integrated air guide in the end box ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance core. The intercooler's inlets and outlets have been enlarged to Ø 65 mm, necessitating reinforcement of the silicone hoses. Our intercooler offers a significantly lower overall backpressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures durable and optimal cooling with an impressive increase in performance. Installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to perform thanks to our detailed installation instructions.
