Payment

  • Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.

Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship to all locations within the UK.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and delivery location.

  • Once orders are shipped, AZ CUSTOMS is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier. We will, however, assist you in raising claims with the courier.

Digital Products

  • All digital products, activations, coding services, and software licences are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered, downloaded, or activated.

  • By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and accept that you waive your right to cancellation under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations once the digital content has been supplied.

Returns & Refunds (Physical Products Only)

  • For physical products, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

Warranty

  • All physical products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer. AZ CUSTOMS does not repair or replace items under warranty unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, product information, and logos, are the property of AZ CUSTOMS and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • Use of our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • AZ CUSTOMS is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or unauthorised modifications of products.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
