Our Competition Intercooler EVO2 sets the standard with net dimensions of 520x210x150 (13,572 cc). This means an impressive 85% larger flow area and an incredible 90% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler. Feel the power and acceleration your BMW deserves. Our high performance intercooler core is a high quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators. Despite its impressive size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 7.4 kg. The end boxes are made of high quality cast aluminium and have been optimised using CFD flow analysis. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been expanded to Ø70 mm. The kit also includes 2 reinforced silicone hoses. Our EVO2 intercooler offers outstanding cooling properties while minimizing back pressure. This is crucial for optimum performance. All of our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties that ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling. The kit is completely ready to install and replacing the factory intercooler is easy. It has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure stable. Domestic shipments typically take two to seven days to arrive in transit.

Orders placed by 3 PM GMT will be shipped that same day; if not, they will be shipped the following business day.

Except for public holidays, when it is closed, our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours. We take action in these situations to guarantee that shipment delays won't happen too often.
