Measuring 510mm x 303mm x 180mm (stepped 20.65L), our high performance intercooler offers an impressive 162% larger flow area and a whopping 182% more intercooler volume compared to the stock intercooler. This means a significant improvement in cooling capacity and performance of your vehicle. At the heart of this intercooler is our high quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators. This intercooler core ensures efficient heat transfer and optimizes airflow for maximum cooling. Despite its impressive size, the intercooler only weighs a lightweight 13.2kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminium and have been optimised using flow analysis in the CFD system. This guarantees excellent cooling performance with minimal backpressure. The intercooler's inlets and outlets have been widened to Ø70mm to ensure maximum airflow. Our EVO3 kit includes everything you need for installation, including reinforced silicone hoses. Replacement with the stock intercooler is simple and straightforward (plug and play). The anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling. This kit was developed for highest performance requirements and is tested and pressure stable up to 6 bar. Orders placed by 3 PM GMT will be shipped that same day; if not, they will be shipped the following business day.
